    APOGEP (Portugal) (2013);
    AIEPRO (Spain) (2016)
  • IoD Certificate in Corporate Governance
  • A few ‘A’ levels and some ‘O’ levels
  • Diploma in Building Surveying
  • Previously Fellow of RICS
  • Valid driving license

Tom has received the following awards:

  • Sir Monty Finniston Award 2009 (APM)
  • The APM President’s Medal 2007
